Details on my Founders Series Legacy purchase

I purchased the Founders Series Legacy grill a few months back. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I found all the specs easily. Delivery was coordinated through a freight service and it arrived about a week after ordering, which was pretty standard for such a large item. The driver even helped get it into the garage. Assembly wasn't too bad, just followed the instructions. The quality of the grill is evident; the stainless steel feels solid. I've used it for smoking briskets and grilling steaks, and the precision temperature control is a huge step up from my old gas grill. I also picked up some Competition Blend Pellets, which burned cleanly. The only minor thing was that the included meat probe seemed a little off compared to my trusted thermometer, but that's an easy fix. Overall, a great investment for outdoor cooking.

Good pellets, fast shipping

Got a 20lb bag of Competition Blend Pellets. Ordered on a Monday, arrived by Friday. Used them this past weekend, worked great. Burned clean. No issues with the bag itself. Just wished they offered smaller sample sizes for different flavors.

Easy grill upgrade

So I finally got around to upgrading my old grill and decided on a Louisiana Grills Black Label Series. It was super easy to order online, didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. When it showed up, the box was a bit beat up on one corner, but everything inside was fine, thankfully. Putting it together took a little longer than I thought, but it wasn't too bad. I've cooked on it a few times now, and everything comes out tasting really good. Cleaning it is a bit of a chore sometimes, but that's probably just me. Happy with the purchase, totally worth it.

Pellets and rub were good

I got some Hickory Pellets and Sweet Heat Rub last week. Shipping took about 4 days to reach Austin, which was fine. Everything arrived in good shape. The rub was tasty on some chicken I made on my grill. No complaints there, would probably order again when I run low on supplies.

Solid smoker, slow shipping

I ordered a Vertical Pellet Smoker for my backyard. The smoker itself is really good, holds temperature well and has plenty of space. However, shipping took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long, especially since it was just coming to a neighboring state. Packaging was good though, nothing was damaged. Customer service was helpful when I called to check on the delay, but it still meant waiting longer than I'd hoped. Good value for the price, just be prepared for a wait.

Great grill, quick delivery

I ordered the Founders Series Legacy grill a few weeks ago, and the whole process was smoother than I expected. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was straightforward. Shipping took about 5 business days to get to my place in Tennessee, which was pretty good for such a large item. The grill arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. Assembly was mostly intuitive, though a couple of the screw holes were a little tight. I've used it several times already, mostly for smoking brisket, and the temperature control is really precise. The meat probes included were also a nice touch. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the initial burn-off process; got an email back within a few hours. Overall, a solid purchase, though the instruction manual could use clearer diagrams.

Always reliable service

This isn't my first time ordering from Louisiana Grills. I've bought pellets and accessories before, and this time I got a Cast Iron Griddle. Just like previous orders, everything was well-packed and arrived when expected. It's why I keep coming back for my grilling needs. The quality is consistent, which is a big plus for me.

Good grill cover

Bought a grill cover for my Black Label Series. Fit perfectly. Material feels durable. Delivered fast.
